The modelling scene in South Sudan
South Sudanese models such as Alek Wek and Adut Akech have become international stars, while the local scene in Juba is still small.
Whether you live in Juba or Wau, ModelContest gives you a stage that works from your phone: no travel, no fees, and a ranking that shows scouts how people respond to your photos.
How the South Sudan model contest works
Every point you earn counts in all your contests at once: Juba (or your own city), South Sudan, Africa, the world, and each category you picked. Rounds close every day, week, month and year, so there is always a new title to win.
- Votes — anyone can vote once a day; confirmed members' votes count more.
- Shares — every new person who opens your link on WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook or Instagram earns you points.
- Comments, likes and followers — fans keep your profile alive.
- Cover Battle — your photos face other models head-to-head.
- Daily check-ins and missions — showing up every day pays.
