Privacy policy

What we store

Your email, name, profile details, photos, and contest activity (votes, comments, follows). For visitors we store a random cookie ID and a one-way hash of the IP address so votes can be counted fairly — never the IP address itself.

What is public

Your profile name, city, country, photos, bio, measurements you enter, rankings and comments. Your email is never shown publicly. When you apply to a casting, the scout receives your email.

Photos

Every photo is re-encoded on upload, which removes hidden data such as GPS location. Verification selfies are stored privately and only seen by our team.

Emails

We send account emails (login links, confirmations) and, if you allow it, contest updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Emails are sent through SparkPost.

Cookies

We use a session cookie, a “remember me” cookie and a visitor cookie for fair voting. No advertising trackers.

Deleting

Delete your account in Dashboard → Settings, or email palmies@pm.me.
